12-week InControl Chronic Disease Management Program

It is with great pleasure that we announce the conclusion of the 12-week InControl Chronic Disease Management Program facilitated by our ZEST Wellness vendor, JEMI Health & Wellness.

The program was supportive of 25 members from various client groups needing assistance with Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol and/or Weight management.

This past Saturday, participants demonstrated their increased knowledge of disease management by skillfully explaining and preparing healthy meals that can assist individuals with similar health concerns.

The ZEST Wellness department is proud of these members’ accomplishments and Atlantic Medical Insurance’s continued investment in Wellness.
