What is Whil?
With stress impacting employee productivity, attendance, and job satisfaction, tools to prevent and manage stress are needed more than ever. Some stress is unavoidable, so we are delighted that our latest feature, Whil, can help our Zest Wellness Ultimate members handle stress in a healthy way.
Because we all have our own ways of coping with stress, the Whil program offers three separate courses (see course descriptions below). Choose to complete the course that best suits your needs, or move from one to the next.
