Each month, you can earn extra points for committing to a new positive behavior.  This month's Healthy Habit Challenge will have you feeling rested and refreshed!

“Were you in bed for at least 7 hours?”

The Be in Bed Challenge starts on Monday, June 18, and we challenge you to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.  With simple daily tips, you’ll learn techniques that will help you wind down to achieve the optimal rest that your body needs.
