One of the amazing features of the Virgin Pulse program is the built in challenges which motivate employees to stay active throughout the work day. Extending wellness beyond the workplace is how healthy lifestyles are created! The CGI champion teams in Bermuda and The Bahamas have created two exciting initiatives, and we invite you to give them a try with your colleagues.

The Destination Challenge
• Choose two landmarks within walking distance to the office to visit each week
• Teams of 4 walk to each destination and take a group photo as proof of participation
• Members earn more points for the more destinations they reach

The Long Walk Challenge
• Participants meet at a pre-arranged location
• Members walk as a group for a pre-determined distance - the Bermuda team walked 10.5 miles!
• Points are rewarded for participation
