Fitness Tracker Poll Results 2020
The 2020 tracker poll results are in! Most of our Zest Wellness track their stats (steps and sleep) using the...DRUM ROLL...Max Buzz! A close second was manual tracking followed by the Fitbit.
Here are 3 examples of why these devices are so popular with our clients:
MAX BUZZ
The number 1 tracking option of choice for our members is the Max Buzz fitness tracker. Eligible members get a free device upon joining our program. Its a great way to get started with tracking your numbers. Simple, easy to charge, and suits most levels of activity.
MANUAL TRACKING
In the second place, Manual Tracking (wearable devices aren't for everyone!) You can self enter your stats. This handy alternative is excellent for those that prefer not to wear a fitness tracker. For others, it's a great option to use while your battery is charging, or you forgot to wear your device.
FITBIT
The third most popular way to track stats was the trusty Fitbit. Cost-effective, multiple style options, and have a variety of versions to suit all levels of fitness.
