In honor of our “Control Your Gut” podcast happening this Thursday at 2:00pm EST. we thought it was fitting to provide a delicious yogurt parfait recipe as a great option for a healthy snack.

Step 1: Cut your favorite fruit into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: In a large glass, layer 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup granola and fruit.
Step 3: Repeat layers.
Step 4: Enjoy!
