Free Fitness Classes in Freeport!

AMI and Zest Wellness have partnered with YMCA Family Center to bring our member-favorite Body Blitz sessions to Freeport! Join us every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm for a great workout!

Body Blitz sessions will vary week to week and include a mixture of Zumba, CrossFit, Kickboxing and other cardiovascular-type exercises.

The YMCA is also offering a discounted gym membership at $35 per month for Zest Wellness members.  Kids also receive a 15% discount on all YMCA programs.
