Move on the Hour

Start the year off right with the Move on the Hour Challenge!  Every day during the week of January 8-14 do just that- get up to stretch or walk each hour.  You'll get an energy boost, and will increase your daily step count! 

Participate in this challenge in three easy steps:

  1. Join under the Challenges tab
  2. Practice the habit Monday, January 8 through Sunday, January 14
  3. Be sure to track by Tuesday, January 16
