Thriving with Ariana Huffington!
Colonial was proud to host Arianna Huffington, founder and Editor in Chief of The Huffington Post, in Bermuda to share her perspective on well-being with the local community. At a private event on Friday, 10th April, Ms. Huffington spoke to a VIP audience, including Premier Michael Dunkley, on the importance of redefining success. Ms. Huffington shared the story of how she collapsed from exhaustion and sleep deprivation in the early days of the Huffington Post, in the hopes that others can learn from her wake-up call before needing one of their own.
During a public speech and book signing on Saturday, 11th April, an audience of over 900 gathered at the Fairmont Southampton to hear Ms. Huffington share her perspective on establishing a work-life balance, the central theme in her bestselling book, “Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Life of Well-Being, Wisdom, and Wonder.”
